UPDATED: APR 19, 2024 375ml from Khoury's. Stemless wine glass back at the hotel after another show. Slightly hazy medium gold with a tall, fluffy but thin head. Herbal-soapy & slightly astringent nose. Bright, herbal, with an acidic bite upfront. Middle turns it more medicinal & raw bittergreen/dank. Menthol. Fizzy, strong carbonation, somewhat acidic & lingering astringency on a nearly dry, dusty pallette. Bit too much dank but kinda good.

Aroma: top end funky, fresher close up, floral hops, spicy phenols, hint of pepper, iron. Dry bitterness. Very well composed.
Look: poured pale golden with haze, bright white foam on top.
Palate: medium thinner bodied, frisky, dry.
Taste: dry with hints of honey, gentle floral hints, dry hay, village summer. Late hop bitters. Classic.

Flavor of bready malt, earthy hops, bitter hops, floral hops, peppercorn, anise. Lightly hoppy and bitter with plenty of spices. Quite good saison. 8/4/8/4/15 (3.9/5)

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2023 There are citrus, yeast, grassy hops, a bit of pine in aroma. Golden, clear beer with white big bubbles head. Citrus, grassy hops, a pinch of malt and pine in taste. Aftertaste slightly dry. Carbonation is high.
