ElDesmadre (4710) - Mikołów, POLAND - DEC 5, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 5, 2019 Bottle, early 2018. Very tart, vinous, sour cherries, white grapes, vinegar, unripe plums, with the malt bill bending it slightly towards cognac. Great stuff.

fkoolen (2467) - Eindhoven, NETHERLANDS - NOV 2, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 3, 2019 Bottle at home, bought in San Diego. Beautiful slightly reddish light brown colour, lightly hazy, beauty of a creamy beige head. Very smooth and mellow toned ale, a tat cherry, a tat vinous, quite funky and oaky dry, mainly malty, grainy, with a lot of honey, some grapes. Medium body, lively fine carbonation, typical Russian River style mouthfeel. More like a funky wild ale than a Flemish red like Rodenbach or Goudenband.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2019 Follows a sour route, until a chocolate palate comes from nowhere. It follows a less logical path than your average modern Simpsons Episode

GarrettB (2062) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 23, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 23, 2019 July 27th, 2015 - Finally, the last Russian River taster on this long journey through the absolute unit of a taster tray served to our table. The Supplication is a relaxed auburn color, and the aroma is a bright cherry note, and I instantly fall in love. The flavor introduces vanilla, sherry and cherry with a delicious tartness, and an excellent freshness. The oak is well balanced too, making this is an excellent finish to our day marking the completion of our beer pilgrimage.
