21/8/2018. Bottle from Seven Seasons, Hoxton. Lively pour, pouring dark brown with a large beige coloured foamy head. Aroma of toffee, chocolate, cocoa, prunes, malt, dried fruit, vanilla and nut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, quite fizzy carbonation. Bit too fizzy but otherwise very nice.

Color marrón oscuro, casi negro, con capa de espuma marrón que ocupa más de la mitad de la copa y se disipa rápidamente hasta llegar a un dedo de grosor. Carbonatación por las nubes, completamente fuera de lugar en una cerveza de estas características. Realmente, fuera de lugar en cualquier cerveza de cualquier característica. Pocos refrescos conozco con un nivel de gas tan agresivo. Textura hiper efervescente, horrible. Aroma vagamente frutal. No es naranja ni piel de naranja, eso seguro. Más bien melocotón o fruta algo madura. También algo de caramelo y ligero licor de fondo. Sabor imposible de describir, puesto que no se puede paladear debido al estúpido nivel de carbonatación. Licor, malta torrefacta y muchas burbujas, estilo Neobrufen. Final licoroso con fruta madura de por medio. Buen despropósito. Se puede embotellar, desde luego, pero como broma o como regalo para los colegas. Bien, corsarios, bien. Si algún día voy a vuestra fábrica voy a exigir que me devolváis la pasta gastada en esta puta mierda, lo tengo claro.

Unclear, dark brown colored, medium creamy tan head, quite lasting. Aroma is of malt, caramel, some coffee, cocoa nibs, dark choco. Taste is medium sweet malt, some caramel, coffee and cocoa, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, medium roasty bitterness, dryish finish, bit alcohol, yeasty. UPDATED: FEB 23, 2018 Donkerbruin bier met bruisende parelende off-white schuimkraag die langzaam inzakt. Onaangename muffe geur. Smaak is iets beter (koffie, cacao) maar met een weeïge afdronk. Gezien de collab tussen de brouwers valt deze toch redelijk tegen.
