UPDATED: DEC 15, 2023 16 oz can. Aroma shows white white mixed with lactic acid. Flavor of stale bread, white grapes, and acidic citrus. Bolder sour finish. I guess it is about what you would expect for the style.

ClarkVV (13589) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 6, 2023
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2023 Can at the boathouse, 5/5/23. Mostly clear, light brass. Flimsy, fizzy, white head. Nose is pretty straightforward kettle souring showing strong lactic acidity, lots of lemon with cracker and biscuit behind it and a healthy dose of hops. White wine, light pine, strawberry and apricot. Reasonably malty and good attenuation. Apricot, orange, marmalade, white wine, big lactic acidity and moderate bitterness. Cracker, biscuit, bread. A straightforward, albeit clean and well-executed kettle sour.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2022 1 pint can from Temple Cellars. Pours a hazy gold with some white head; aroma of dank earthy hops, taste of mild sour and white grapes perhaps with some hoppiness at the end. Juicy and high but not overpowering carbonation. This one is good

caribou43 (3104) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 12, 2022
UPDATED: OCT 12, 2022 This can is coming from Amstein, St-Légier. Trying and enjoying it yesterday, at home, Epalinges, free day coming back from the Vaudoise arena with my daughter. You have a yellow, grey and troubled body, white foam. At the beginning, it was a bit rough and unpleasant but after some sips, it became really better and perfect with a powerful and fruity sourness, sparkling, note of white grape, dry, a bit sweet, yeasty, citrus and bitter, to repeat with pleasure.
