UPDATED: JUN 17, 2023 On tap at the brewpub. Beautiful cloudy amber body with a thick, lasting, white foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty and banana hints. Its light malty/hoppy taste carries yeasty, grainy, and banana notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2022 Amber with a creamy, white head.Yeasty aroma. Bananas. Taste is mildly bitter with a dash of clove. Clean refreshing, crisp. Pleasant and traditional.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2021 #4263 Lightly cloudy, gold, medium white head. Aroma of vanilla and wheat. Taste is sweet, honey, wheat, herbal bitterness behind, clove. Pleasant.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2021 Draught at the brewpub. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- wheat, vanilla, clove, touch of banana. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma, bubble gum. Medium bodied. Really good.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2020 Draught in late 2018. Clove, vanilla and yeast. has quite a body for a weizen. Not fruity enough for my liking but tasty.

The flavor is medium yeasty with pear, fermenting fruits, banana, some spices and wheat. Aroma: 6 Appearance: 4 Taste: 6 Palate: 3 Overall: 11

Pours a nice hazed golden with white head. Sweet banana aroma. Spiced dry banana flavor. Notes: on tap at the brewery, Sep ‘18

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2018 Cloudy. Light straw yellow. Aroma is wheat and orange peel. Taste is orange cake with marzipan. A bit thin.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2017 Draught taster @ Altes Tramdepot, Bern. Cloudy straw, creamy white head. Creamy banana, medium sweet, light citrus, very light acidity. Medium-firm body, low carbonation.
