UPDATED: JAN 25, 2020 37.5 cl bottle at home, batch n° 57 season '18-'19, from Winter Package. Appearance: orangy red with a minimal pinkish head. Aroma: fresh raspberry upfront, followed by cherries, somewhat vinegary, decent funk, some brett and even a touch of citrus. Taste: medium sweetness, low to moderate bitterness and rather high acidity. Notes of raspberry flesh, vinegar, some cherries, berries, slightly dairy of lactic like, touch of brett and citric acid. Palate: medium bodied, watery to oily texture and lively carbonation. Overall: well done. Lovely colour, interesting bouquet and intense flavour. The raspberry seems so natural, as if you smell the real fruit. After decanting a portion of this bottle, it somehow got less acidic and the aroma became less fruit dominant.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2020 750ml at Andrey's shared with Phill (thx, for the bottle, man!) and Alex. Assemblage #28 of season 2017/2018. 5.6% ABV. Appearance: murky purple with a bit rose head. Aroma: nice raspberries, a bit sweet, some cherries, somewhat jammy. Taste: quite dry, acidity coming from the fruits, sour cherries. Overall: good one, but as usual I would prefer less acidity and more sweetness and fruit character.

biilz (1029) - SPAIN - JAN 2, 2020

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2019 Bottle shared at a tasting at Roi's place. Season 16-17. Deep red with pinkish head. The aroma has notes of cherries, cherries pits, raspberry, barnyard, rotten cherries, wood. The flavor has lots of cherries, rotten cherries, marzipan, barnyard, some lemon, wood, acidic. Dry, medium-bodied. Very complex, excellent.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2019 Bottle. Reddish cloudy with decent head. Complex fruity sour nose with a hint of caramel (somehow - how?). Flavor is complex, earthy, not too sour or bitter, the amazing perfect balance of sweet & sour while still being massively fruity. Once of the best I've had of the style!

jonas (11313) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - DEC 10, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 10, 2019 Bottle. Cloudy, rose to red, low offwhite head. Dry flowery, berry, light leather, medium dry, sparkly, leather, light paper and sand, great berry aftertaste. Eating a fruity berry yoghurt on a beach.
