What has been your favorite hop to use as a dry-hop?

Mosaic, Citra, Ahtanum, Columbus, and Amarillo for me. Any dry-hop combinations that users have noted for its incredible ability to create cohesiveness and a rounder flavor profile?

Ahtanum and Columbus as a dry-hop had been a pretty decent combo I used in the past. Loved that candied grapefruit character from an Ahtanum mixing with the assertiveness from the black licorice note from a Columbus.

recently, Motueka. It’s an amazing hop.

Mosaic, followed closely by Citra. Paired together, they’re even better.

I’ve come to the realization that all M hops are great.

Citra and Mosaic are my favorites. But I really enjoy Amarillo in a Saison or Sour.

Hallertau Blanc and Falconer’s Flight is also a great dry hop to use for a saison, sour, or a sour saison.

Falconer’s Flight isn’t a single hop, it’s a blend of several hops:

Don’t mansplain to me, dawg. lol It’s not a single hop but it’s good for using it as a dry-hop addition. I guess I thought everyone knew what I meant? I should clarify next time.

Any winy hop will taste good in a Saison. Nelson Sauvin comes to mind too.

Sauvin is good but too musty for me, I fear. They’re almost exclusively tip-top for wine barrel aged saisons and very little else. I don’t really like them too much in single hop IPAs or even as a fruit expression balancing other hops in a DIPA. They produce some really bizarre flavors.
