UPDATED: AUG 19, 2023 Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some funk, mild yeasty and peppery tones. Flavour is wheat, coriander, some funk and mild herbal elements.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2019 Light golden/yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma of wheat, fresh herbs, mild orange zest, light phenolic yeast and light floral notes. Similar flavor, adding some spicy hop bitterness and a light malty sweetness. Light to medium body with ample carbonation and a refreshing finish. Nice.

Bottle bought in Riga. Pours unclear yellow. Médium big white head, lower stability. Smell is full, funky, spices, yeasty. Taste is full, tart, very dry, big blasts of spice ( coriander, mostly) very high Carbo. Astringent mouthfeel. Thin body, as is average is style. Too astringent, to high Carbo, and spiced out of balance to me.

Starke Karbonisierung. Geringe Säure, etwas Limette, trocken, angenehm fruchtig. Herb, etwas monoton. In Ordnung. 10/9/9/9//9

375ml bottle at home. Hazy bright gold with a huge, lasting, frothy head. Yeast, lemon, coriander, hay, white pepper. Light body with a refreshing, spicy, yeasty finish. Love it.

This is a pretty solid beer. Not too heavy on the wheat future I like and a little fizzy. Too expensive but
