It’d be real nice to have 10 more people like you (or the majority of us) who do 1000ish ppd.

If there is a way to request smaller work units I think my computer would be more efficient. Most of my work units take 4 days and then net 4-5k but when I get the small ones they only take 2-3 hours and get about 800 pts. I tried putting it on light folding for a week but it didn’t seem to change anything, so I just put it back to medium.

The WU assignments are randomized. If you are on default settings, there is no way to request smaller WUs. I have the opposite problem- I went from 143k PPD to 50k PPD, because I’m drawing a bunch of core 15 WUs that take 5 hours each and are only worth 5757 points.

I prefer the core 17 WUs, which are worth about 25k each on average and take 6-8 hours.

Looks like we’ll be in the 6xx range in 5-7 days. Amazing.

Watch out for the Old Goats of SC, they’ll catch us in 8.4 years at this pace.

I’m back folding, so that will be like 16+ years! hahaha.

Had my computer unplugged all weekend but its going again. Should get a solid week or two consecutively, hopefully get to the 2500ppd

I’ve been promised a new computer for a job so I’m guessing my PPD will have a 30% or so bump. Nothing great compared to some other user numbers but I’m looking forward to that million points mark.

One of my computers is still down with a perpetual blue screen NV4_driver "infinite loop" issue. I’m struggling with fixing it, and running out of patience. It usually averaged 20k PPD, so I’d like to get it going again. Aside from deleting all drivers and re-downloading drivers (already tried unsuccessfully), does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

The only answer I found was to reinstall it (probably have to start the PC in safe mode to even get this far), but it sounds like you already did that. Maybe the hardware is bad?
