Copper orange, some bubbles but a little flat looking at 6-7 years old. Musty fruit (cherry) and slight vinegar forward aroma and flavor. Yeasty, moderately sour and acidic, with plum cherry and wood. OK.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear reddish-brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma of earthiness, berries, vinous, balsamic, vinous, and horse blanket. Flavor of berries, vinous, wood, caramel, and earthiness with a dry finish.

Bottle 750 ml at 15.08.2012. Cloudy dark red-brown, no foam. Aroma: brett, moldy wet skin and horse blanket, fruity esters, sour berries, sour red wine. Taste: skin tones, sour berries, small bitterness, oak, vinegar and homemade red wine.

750 ml bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of toffee, fruitiness, vinous notes and oak. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth with a tart finish. Flavors of toffee, fruitiness, vinous notes and light oak with a smooth tart lingering fruity finish.

Bottle at Sour Share. Pours a cloudy brown with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grape and dark fruits. Medium mouth, sweet malt, dark fruit, caramel, with nice tart fruit and light sourness, very good.

Bottle at our buds new house, Kevin well done. Poured clear reddish brown, almost no carbonation. Nose is oaky, vanilla, almost Flemish brown, red wine notes.
