UPDATED: JUN 22, 2024 Von Fass im 2024-06 getrunken. Dieses golden, trübe Bier kommt mit einer festen, weißen Schaumkrone daher, die fast an Softeis erinnert. Am Gaumen ein feinen Bananenblatt Aroma was man aber durch ein unschönes, seifiges Hopfenaroma nicht genießen kann. Nein nicht mein Bier und brauche ich auch nicht mehr im Glas.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2024 50cl bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with big white head. Aroma of doughy malts and banana. Taste of sweet doughy bready malts, ripe banana, mild herb/spice. Light-medium bodied, very soft fluffy mouthfeel. Nice just a bit mild in the flavour department.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2024 Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is a little orange peel and banana. Flavor is bubblegum sweetness with some wheat malt. Finish is gone quickly. A little thin. One of those beers that the aroma is better than the flavor.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2024 --Keg at Deli Bros, Frankfrurt Airport. -- Hazy deep golden, mid sized creamy head. Aroma of banana and wheat bun dough. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sweet buns, mild banana an cloves. Low bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2024 Weiss dal colore ambrato e la schiuma abbondante e pannosa. Il profumo è fruttato e di cereali, in bocca è delicata e fresca: spiccano note fruttate di banana, limone. Corpo medio leggero, debolmente amarognola sul finale ma gradevole.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2024 Servida en vaso weizen, color naranja ambarino, turbia, espuma blanca de media-alta retención. En nariz notas ligeras de trigo, clavo, banana, especias... En boca es ligera, bastante carbonatada, moderadamente dulce, levemente ácida, ligeras notas frutales, cítricas, especiadas, cereales y pan. Al aumentar la temperatura se acentúan mas los esteres afrutados, tanto en aroma como en paladar, por lo que aconsejo un correcto atemperado antes de consumirla. En definitiva una weissbier correcta, refrescante, fácil de beber.
