UPDATED: MAY 1, 2024 Klare dunkelrote Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Prägnant fruchtig säuerlicher Geruch nach Kirschen. Geschmacklich ebenso prägnant fruchtig säuerlich nach Kirschen. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter bis mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2024 Dark red color with a sweet cherry aroma. Flavor is sweet and tart cherries with just enough sourness to balance.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2024 Botella de 50 cl. Color granate, espuma rosácea abundante. Aromas a gominola de cereza, ligeramente ácida en nariz. En boca se percibe la fruta como artificial, no me convence.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2024 Sour cherry and candy sugar aroma. Similar taste with some marzipan and a bitter aftertaste.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2023 Had this one many Christmas Eves, but it’s a first time rating. The nose is juicy black cherries, much like a gourmet water ice that has crushed fruit in it. The appearance is cherry red with a frothy pink head. Taste is a delicious cherry sweetness that also has a favorable tartness. Really unique beer (and it paired well going back to back with Samuel Smith’s Organic Chocolate Stout. In fact, I used the same glass that had the chocolate residue in it). UPDATED: DEC 21, 2023 Kolor soku wiśniowego, piana średnia, szybko znika. W zapachu ewidentnie wiśnie z klimatami winno-szampamowymi. W smaku podobne klimaty szampańsko-winne 20-80%. Wiśnie dobrze wyczuwalne. Piwo to to nie jest, ale w smaku dobre.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2023 Beautiful deep dark-red pour with off-white tight-pinkish head, retaining well. Aroma is totally cherry but not over the top. Taste also very cherry, at least medium sweet, with afruity-soor sense. Not a very subtle brew, but a famous lbic still.
