COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is available each autumn in celebration of the great Bavarian festival season. Brewed in late spring and cellared throughout the summer, our Oktoberfest is produced through traditional methods as it has been for centuries in Germany, This copper-hued lager owes its rich malt flavor to a generous combination of select Vienna and Munich malts. Cool, open-fermentation develops a subtle elegance and drinkability suited to any festive occasion.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2022 Darker amber pour with cream colored head. Very Earthy aroma with a hint of sourness. Flavors of malt and baked goods. A slight bite if alcohol burn in the finish. Could feel it in the throat and chest. This is honestly not my favorite style of beer but this is ok. Can.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2022 Can. Pours a clear amber color with a medium foamy off white head that has fair retention. The aroma is soft with malts, caramel and earth. The taste, like the nose, is sweet malts, earth, and caramel. There is also a bit of herbal bitterness in the taste. The palate is on the lighter side. Finishes short and semi-sweet. Overall: Not bad, but really distinguished either. something is missing.

Beerbo (23) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - OCT 19, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 19, 2020 Best by 11/03/2020 Pours reddish with off-white head. Smell of bread. Toasty malt flavor, but not a lot Hops make themselves known more than in other beers of this style. A little bitter in the finish but not unpleasant. In that respect it's different than most of this style. It doesn't seem true to style but that doesn't stop me from liking it.
