[email protected], Copenhagen - clear golden yellow pour with white head. Malty and grainy, some grassy hoppy notes, straw, slight citric fruity into the finish.

Meh. Average looking pour. Light aroma of pilsner malt and bakery. Some sweetness and yeasty biscuits envelope the mouthfeel, but it’s not overly pleasing. So far I’m not all that impressed with this style of beer. Kolsch is super mediocre. On tap @ Cafe Bavaria, Wauwatosa.

Translucent gold with thin white head and good effervescence. Medium body with high carbonation.

Aroma: pale malt, fruity and faintly sweaty dampfbier yeast character.

Taste: pilsner malt with a bit of malty sweetness, barley balancing bitterness with soft floral notes, subtle complexity from the ale yeast.

Butelka 500ml. Blado zloty kolor. Piana biala, srednia o duzych pecherzach, opada dosc szybko. Jablkowo-cytrusowe nuty w zapachu, kwiatowe tony. Dosc delikatne kwiatowe nuty w smaku, jablko, morela. Orzezwiajace

Ar: Red apple, melon, and sulfur, with a bit of vanilla and sugar. Ap: Gold and crystal clear; small white head with low retention, leaves a ring of fine bubbles and a splotch of foam in the center. T: Bright pils malt, very slightly toasty; sulfur and red apple; a bit of mineral; noble hops, with spicy and floral notes; chalky and lightly bitter on the finish. P: Medium-light body with high carbonation; finish is dry. O: A fairly clean ale profile; nothing "flawed" with the beer, but it just comes off as dull and sort of flabby.

For the style, perfect. Refreshing, sweet malt and light hoppy notes - pours a golden amber with a lasting white head. Malty with some herbal notes - not a complex style of beer, but a well accomplished iteration of this style.

Kedelig og ordinær som alle andre øl jeg har smagt af denne type. Måske et meget stramt smagskodex i Köln

Very generic and quite bland. Easy to drink though and would be ok in a session.

De geur is niet goed, stinkt. Weinig schuim. De smaak valt mee voor een pils te zijn, best te drinken.

Clear golden with minimal white head. Light but zesty noble hops, sweet malt, some earthy hay notes. Simple but refreshing.
