I had a good time veryone at the Ithaca Beer Release. Here are my pics.

Light Brett character that’s woody and airy. A honey like lightness that’s
born on the air.Something crisp, sweet and round with lemon and more lemon. Very young. Puckering and tart. Vinegary back notes and a sparkling carbonation. Is it in the tradition of a sour ?

It is puckering and sour. It is not tame. There is a deep and underlying sweetness from lemon that brightens the world it meets and turn bumble bees on with a little honey. It’s all in the air with this one. The highest regards and a bit of pollen and then you faint. Not very breaddy or grainy the malt is not at it’s fullest. But what is the tradition f sours? A water drop on a flower petal. Very dry. Luminous. Dark straw, with fluffy head of white foam, Cloudy and hazed, small blush and pollen. Hmmm. It’s spring alright.

It has lactic sourness, it mouth puckering citrus, sour & of lemon. It has people lined up and they are all great!

There was snow and there was sunshine and there was a bird in the blue and white sky. People were everywhere and they were just standing and drinking and talking. Was pretty Ithaca and easy going. Was fun to go thereand emet some people from teh lcoal and regional area.

I’m drinking a Ciscus blond.
It’s a new Belgian special.
Ciscus blond is a home-brewed, unfiltered honey beer of top fermentation with a strong Hoppy character and secondary fermentation in the bottle.

It tastes very good! Really complex.
