Message pinkie beers 470 º places 10 º 07:29 Tue 1/28/2014 Saranac Prism again. Less meh than yesterday but it does exhibit a parching dryness which contributes to a thinner mouthfeel. This one actully is better a bit colder. Yesterday I had ti just at cellar temp. Smells like peach and actually has some pretty nice flavors on it.

Message pinkie beers 470 º places 10 º 09:52 Tue 1/28/2014 Victory Hop Ranch- Well I just tried Hop Ranch and boy am I in love with Victory. They made two completely different DIPA’s. The flavor profile on each one is unique and dissimilar. I think it shows their sense of humor and skill as brewers. If you want to know what "dank" means to a nose in beer, then get one of these. It’s got fruit and it’s sweet but it’s very herbal. Each beer is dynamic in it’s own way. I will liken them to twins that don’t look alike. Dirtwolf was showy and elegant, stylish and sweet. Hop Ranch is bold and brash, even a bit coarse with lot’s of tart green and pungent herbal flavors.
