Message DietPepsican P beers 1592 º places 63 º 12:34 Sat 3/22/2014 Seems like the best idea for this guy would be to hire a PR person of some sort and log out of the internet forever, at least from a business standpoint. Perhaps consider just bottlig and kegging, doing away with the growlers as they aren’t the best way to preserve beer. Even then, you’re left with people that hold on bottles and kegs until they are oxidized. Can’t really win.

They knew what they were doing was shady and tried to get away with it. That’s not the kind of trust and relationship that the industry should be built on. If a brewery doesn’t want their growlers resold, you simply don’t do it. that’s just crass opportunism.
