Shaun Hill does quirky shit and looks like a derelict? No way!

I’m just trying to imagine when I’ll be able to use this in conversation:

"there is a perennial understanding, archived in the vaulted halo of good practice, that you honor your meta-narrative."

Maybe if McDonalds fails to ask if I want the #3 in a combo or not?

Yeah, if you’re going to be a pretentious dick, you should at least try to avoid speaking total gibberish. What the hell is a vaulted halo?

Seems like the best idea for this guy would be to hire a PR person of some sort and log out of the internet forever, at least from a business standpoint. Perhaps consider just bottlig and kegging, doing away with the growlers as they aren’t the best way to preserve beer. Even then, you’re left with people that hold on bottles and kegs until they are oxidized. Can’t really win.

What’s the price of a canning line these days?

Pretty sure the answer is "It depends."

Used?

Cans per second?

Based on talking to a few smaller brewers they run $50,000 - $100,000, which is not horribly expensive by industry standards.

I’m fully with Hill in this situation. Completely unacceptable for a bar to serve growlers without brewery content and supervision. They knew what they were doing was shady and tried to get away with it. That’s not the kind of trust and relationship that the industry should be built on. If a brewery doesn’t want their growlers resold, you simply don’t do it. that’s just crass opportunism.

I think that’s a typo, the word is supposed to be "hall" rather than "halo", just guessing based on the context.

He just wants to be left alone to practice his "art", bro.
He’s not looking for publicity.
