I happened into this wonderful emporium of beer yesterday on my way to visiting my old employers and stock up on chocolate. They happened to remember me from my previous visit when we had the tasting on the Black Country tour. |
If you can set a date a good 6 or 8 weeks in advance I will look to book a train up from dahn sarf, presuming the prices are good. |
Its a great little tasting room. I will be paying a quick visit either today or tomorrow. |
Towards the end of January could be good, either Saturday 24th or 31st maybe?. I’m hoping to to build up some cash for beer from Christmas, so it would be a perfect time to spend it. |
I can do the 24th but not the 31st. |
Originally posted by Theydon_Bois You can usually get advance tickets to & from Brum for six quid each way without too much advance notice. Provided you go by Chiltern of course. Takes a bit longer but I’m a cheapskate. |
Saturday 24th january is ok for me. |

The 24th would be great for me. Let’s hope that quite a few others could join us. |
I expect Bunting to be laid out at New St station to welcome my arrival, and perhaps a band? |
Great plan, I’ll be up for the 24th Jan. |
