RPI ranking (strength of schedule ranking) CURRENTLY IN #1 Syracuse (22) #7 Ohio State (12) #9 Missouri (82) #18 Florida (44) #19 Florida State (11) #36 Alabama (17) #40 West Virginia (7) #46 Miami (34) #59 Mississippi State (73) CURRENTLY OUT #50 South Florida (37) #54 UCF (97) #65 LSU (52) #83 George Mason (222) #125 Auburn (84) #132 Penn State (29) #151 Iowa (86) #183 South Carolina (284) If you’re someone who peruses this forum, but doesn’t regularly contribute, please let me know your team of interest and I’ll add it to the weekly update. I think 3-1 gets us in the dance for sure with a 10-6 ACC record and 19-10 overall with a signature win at Duke. 2-2 and I think we’ll be very bubble-ish. @ Maryland Florida State @ NC State Boston College No real gimmes in there, but all winnable. Gonna have to earn it.

Gonna have to earn it. I think Miami will get in if they win three of those four. They’ll probably make it if they win only two of the four and then win one game in the ACC tourney. Right now, they’re one of the last four in. UCF and USF are two of the first four out. Both can certainly make it, but they have work to do. Could be a very good year for Florida schools making it into the NCAA tourney. Possibly five or more make it, depending on the outcomes of a few mid-major and lower-tier conference tournaments. WVU could definitely lose their way out of it. Obviously, USF will not be a gimme for us this year. Especially since the game is in Tampa. *Little known fact: USF has not made the NCAA tournament in twenty years.
