Back from the ashes, what a nutty weekend last week, hope to put it behind us and move on makin’ dough...thank God for the Pats (who I hate) on sunday night to save my weekend.

Enjoyed the tailgate talk, as mis-guided as it was. I concede that OVERALL the south has prime tailgating, you can’t just discount the rest of the country. I have done in person UCLA, USC, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Purdue, Texas, and Arizona State and aside from Purude they were all pretty great. And to be clear, tailgates should be judged on 4 things (not necessarily in this order):
-Smells of food, mainly grilled
-Amount of alcohol
-Female talent
-Amount of harassment given to visiting fans

Anyway, this week we like:
USC moneyline
NM State moneyline
Duke/Ga Tech OVER
Syracuse +24 **crack pipe special**
Memphis TIGERS

LSU/Florida 1H under, son.

Stone Cold Lead Pipe Lock of the Century.

And I think a better Degen Crack Pipe Special is Charleston Southern +25 vs. Vanderbilt

Oh yes of course, LSU/Fla under everyday and twice on Sunday.

Oh DAWG.

Just plain old dumb.

I wonder if Georgia is still a 3-point favorite. Or if their backup RBs could give us as much trouble.

Not taking money for autographs -- for signing your own name, which the NCAA doesn’t own. Is it a good rule? Debatable.

One thing that is not debatable: It is a very simple rule to understand and follow, and every athlete knows it’s there.

Just plain old dumb.

Yeah, it’s amazing that these guys still break that rule. I do think it’s shitty, though, that the school, conference, all the media outlets, etc. can make a fortune off the kid, but he can’t sell a jersey or an autograph.
