Originally posted by Homer321 For all the hype surrounding this year’s UCF Knights football program, Central Florida hasn’t had a lot of success against teams from one of the six BCS AQ conferences. During the Knights’ brief stint in college football’s top division, UCF has gone just 3-47 (0.060) against teams in one of the six BCS AQ conferences. That record includes going: -- 0-10 vs. teams currently in the Big Ten, Big 12 and Pac-12 -- 0-12 vs. the Big East -- 1-12 vs. the ACC -- 2-13 vs. the SEC

Big 12 has to get a playoff. Working for OSU, I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of watching all their games this year. While last night was impressive, they have been underwhelming all year. Wisconsin was pathetic. They lost to a shitty VT team at home and struggled with one of the worst UM teams in recent history at home.

Both Big 12 teams have lost a win over a ranked team with Oklahoma losing yesterday. Opponents records this year: Ohio State - 84-60 Baylor - 61-70 TCS - 61-70

Big 12 won’t get a playoff. Case against it looks pretty clear. Especially with Oklahoma losing. I’ll also add Baylorss loss to WVU is pretty bad as well.. TCU is the only team that might have a gripe. But again.. look at the tale of the tape.. and they lost to that Baylor team. Mess of a situation in B12

It’s about what I expected based on my previous post today. With OSU’s BIG win over Wisconsin, I figured TCU and Baylor would be left out although the other five schools involved had tougher schedules than OSU - in that they played (and beat) more Top 25 and Top 10 teams. -Alabama beat one Top 10 and five Top 25s with one loss - #11 Ole Miss -Oregon beat two Top 10s and four Top 25s with one loss - Arizona -TCU beat two Top 10s and four Top 25s with one loss - #5 Baylor -FSU beat one Top 10 and four Top 25s with zero losses -Baylor beat two Top 10s and three Top 25s with one loss - WVU -OSU beat one Top 10 and three Top 25s with one loss - Va. Tech That was kinda fun. Either way, this is what fans wanted. "Experts" watching all the games and deciding who the best four teams are instead of computers, coaches (graduate assistants, really) and the press. Looks about right.

Best thing UCF could ask for, Big 12 gets shut out. Time to add Cincy and UCF and get that Championship Game.

Matt is a bit silly. Basically, George O’Leary bores him, so he doesn’t like him. Do I like George’s conservative style of coaching? Not really. Do I think any other coach would be better for ALL areas of our program? No.

Cincy, BYU.. Also heard Memphis in talks.
No soup for UCF. Also feel like UCF/USF end up attached.. where one goes, the other goes

I meant Big 12 has to have conference championship, hopefully this results in that.
